In 2004, Josh Stewart and photographer Joe Brook were strolling down Las Ramblas, in Barcelona, and brainstorming ideas for a wild filming destination for the Static II video. As they passed an Internet cafe they decided to pop in and research travel options they were discussing. They soon returned back to Kenny Reed & Paul Shier’s apartment to announce they bought tickets to Cairo, Egypt and the adventure was on. During this trip, as you might imagine, the sights and experiences were legendary and the crew spent one day at the Cairo Museum of Antiquities where Josh took this haunting photo of King Tut’s burial mask. Recently unearthed from Josh’s film archive we decided it needed to live on a Theories a tee. Behold, the King Tut tee in both black and white.
