Edith John is the daughter of the late Woody Herbert who was known for his folk art Brahma bulls.  Edith started carving while helping her father.  Edith’s folk art chickens elicit happiness wherever they roost!   Hand carved out of wood with a straw tail- some wearing Navajo Footwear or Cowboy Boits. Signed  by the artist. Turquoise  =7 1/2” tall x  48 mm wide (height is to top of straw tail)
